In October 2017, eight prototypes for the Boarder Wall between the United States and Mexico were unveiled near San Diego. Each one cost the tax payers between $300,000 - $500,000 to build. There has been little protest and although it’s doubtful that Congress will approve the funding, the walls still stand. Instead of neglecting the issue and the potential for better use, I propose calling on Banksy. Where are you?
